
Sales Director for Solar Energy Solutions

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Lead to drive our commercial efforts in Brazil, promoting a portfolio of solar PV components to EPCs, developers, and distributors.
The ideal candidate will have experience in technical sales, cross-border business development, and a strong understanding of Brazil's renewable energy landscape.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic plans focused on solar PV components for the Brazilian market.
- Manage relationships with key clients, including EPC contractors, developers, and energy distributors.
- Promote our product range: solar modules, string and central inverters, and mounting/bracket systems.
- Participate in bid responses, RFPs, and tender processes, working closely with technical and pricing teams.
- Monitor local regulatory developments, market dynamics, and competitor activity.
- Represent us at industry events, trade shows, and conferences across Brazil and LATAM.
- Provide input into pricing strategies and inventory planning for the region.
- Prepare regular reporting on commercial performance, forecasts, and client feedback.
- Achieve or exceed quarterly and annual commercial targets.
Candidate Requirements:
- 3–5 years of commercial or business development experience in renewable energy, industrial equipment, or electrical components.
- Knowledge of solar modules, inverters, and mounting/bracket systems is highly desirable.
- Experience working in or selling to the Brazilian energy market.
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and client management skills.
- Strong understanding of B2B sales cycles and project timelines in the energy sector.
- Portuguese and English fluency required; Mandarin is an advantage.
- Based in Brazil or willing to relocate.
