Job Opportunity

The Lead Software Engineer will lead a global engineering team in developing AI-first applications.

About the Role:

  • Cultivate an offshore engineering team to deliver enterprise-scale software solutions.
  • Collaborate with Product Management and Data Science teams to create AI-native applications.
  • Establish best practices for engineering, including CI/CD, test automation, code quality, and cloud deployments.
  • Drive architectural decisions and ensure efficient delivery.
  • Serve as a hands-on leader, including coding, reviewing, and mentoring team members.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead strategy, design, and execution of all mobile applications and digital tools.
  • Oversee end-to-end development lifecycle, including architecture, security, integration, and user experience.

Requirements:

  • Masters degree in relevant field preferred.
  • 10+ years in software engineering with at least 3 years leading offshore teams.

Essential Skills:

  • Expertise in AI/ML-enabled applications and API-first architectures.
  • Proficient in modern cloud tech stacks, Kubernetes, and microservices.
  • Strong collaboration skills with data scientists, engineers, and product stakeholders.
  • Able to translate complex ML concepts into business outcomes.

Bonus Points:

  • Familiarity with DevOps principles.
  • Experience with agile methodologies.
