As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing outbound communications with customers and sales specialists.
The ideal candidate will possess strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to maintain a working knowledge of products, accounts, and tools.
You will utilize application tools and resources to manage workload and complete assigned duties, ensuring commitments are delivered on time. Actively striving to achieve goals and objectives is essential in this role.
A bachelor's degree completed or in process is required, along with experience in Microsoft office software. You must also be able to interact professionally with others and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
