Job Title: Modern Market Coordinator

Craft and execute long-term sales and distribution strategies to drive brand portfolio to great heights. Manage relationships with suppliers, negotiate with customers, and develop business plans to grow key account metrics.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage relationships with supplier's account managers and negotiate with customers
  • Develop business plans to grow key account metrics: Share, SOVI, Volume, Coolers, Price Compliance, IPS, VPO
  • Visit stores to monitor market execution and follow-up on the client's business plan
  • Analyze and monitor channel performance indicators to identify growth opportunities
  • Train the supplier's merchandising team according to execution guidelines agreed upon with brand and supplier
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
  • 1-3 years of experience in sales, retail, wholesaler, or distributor sales environment
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office
