Job Description:

Amaris Consulting is seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our LATAM team as a Bid Manager. The successful candidate will play a critical role in identifying opportunities for bid submissions, developing winning strategies, conducting research, writing and editing proposals, negotiating with stakeholders, and collaborating with other team members to ensure bid success.

The ideal candidate will have 4-6 years of experience in a similar role and be able to communicate effectively in English, both written and spoken. They will possess excellent verbal and written skills, work well in a multicultural environment, and have a high energy and positive attitude.

About the Role:
  • Develop and manage the end-to-end bid process from start to finish
  • Conduct research and analysis to identify opportunities for bid submissions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop winning strategies
  • Negotiate with stakeholders and clients to secure business
