Bilingual Administrative Support

As a Bilingual Administrative Support, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office. You will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Brazilian Leadership Team (BLT), reporting directly to the Brazilian General Manager.
Your duties will include making and receiving calls, filtering internal and external communications, and organizing meetings, agendas, and travel arrangements. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records, sorting and distributing received documents, and providing assistance to visitors.
In addition, you will be responsible for placing orders, collecting signatures, and scanning documents for archival purposes. You will also provide support in the acquisition of office elements and furniture from registered suppliers.
To succeed in this role, you will need to have previous experience as an Executive Assistant, a Bachelor's degree in a related field, and excellent verbal and written communication skills. You must also be proficient in MS Office tools and fluent in English; Spanish is desirable.
