Key Responsibilities

We are seeking a skilled Product Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for defining, implementing and analyzing product metrics such as in-app events and conversion funnels.

  • Define and track key product success metrics across various product teams, including quarterly objectives.
  • Work with product managers to establish, implement and analyze product conversion funnels.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure accurate and complete data collection for all new product launches and feature updates.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for product usage data requests from the design team, providing them with the necessary insights to inform their decisions.
  • Bridge the communication and technical gap between the Product and Data departments, translating business needs into data requirements.
  • Monitor data quality and integrity, troubleshooting and resolving any issues related to event tracking or data loss.
  • Assist in setting up and analyzing A/B tests and other experimental feature rollouts.
  • Prepare and present regular reports and dashboards on product performance to stakeholders.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience as a Product Analyst or in a similar data-focused role. They will also require deep expertise in web analytics platforms such as Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Google Tag Manager (GTM), as well as hands-on experience with advanced product analytics tools like Heap, Posthog, or Pendo.

  • Experience with SQL for data querying and analysis.
