**Job Description:**E-commerce Operations Lead will be responsible for leading a team of creator managers to onboard and incubate high-potential e-commerce creators. The goal is to drive their performance growth by providing scalable supports, including education, sample gifting, performance analysis, product recommendation, and partnership with brands.
**Responsibilities:**
  • Lead a team of creator managers and develop long-term development strategies for key and emerging TikTok Shop creators;
  • Be responsible for onboarding and managing rising star creators at scale and incubating them to drive their upgrading and performance growth by providing various scalable supports;
  • Initiate efficient incentive policies to encourage rising star creators' engagements;
  • Help test and iterate on the foundational scale creator management program;
  • Deliver creator performance report and insight by diagnosing audience conversion metrics of creator e-commerce content;
  • Increase TikTok Shop creator business awareness by building and amplifying rising star creator successful case studies;
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to drive creator and merchants partnerships to support creator revenue;
  • Build a high-performing team and drive team wellbeing and excellence.

Qualifications:
  • 10+ years working experience in creator/user/merchant development, creator/user scale management or creator affiliate operation at internet/e-commerce companies;
  • 3+ years team management experience; hands-on approach when needed;
  • Strong community-building skills; strong creator/user growth strategy and roadmap designing skills with strong data sense and knowledge;
  • Passion for working with emerging/micro creators and executing on strategy and helping to improve it;
  • Strong communicator, a good team player, fast learner and open to changes;
  • Attention to detail, affinity with numbers, logical and strong in problem solving;
  • Strong knowledge of live streaming would be a plus;
  • Familiar with TikTok and other content platforms; experience in content-based e-commerce is highly preferred.
