Job Overview

The Principal Consultant role leads and manages the customer journey from post-contract close through implementation, solution delivery, and issue management. This includes managing a team of Project Managers and Consultants focused on delivering solutions.

Responsibilities and Duties
  • Manages CXO level customers and Executive Steering Committees, developing strategic relationships to drive business growth.
  • Leads 4+ enterprise & mid-level accounts, fostering strong partnerships and delivering results-driven solutions.
  • Responsible for implementing product suites, leading project teams, designing solutions, delivering work, and providing an exceptional customer experience.
  • Owns customer relationships, strategy, project planning & direction, Solution Architecture, and business KPI achievement, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
  • Demonstrates in-depth knowledge of products, showcasing their features and benefits to customers.
  • Hires, develops, and retains a team of Project Managers and Consultants, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous learning.
  • Contributes to developing implementation methodologies and participates in internal initiatives, driving process improvements and innovation.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 5+ years of Workforce Management experience, with a proven track record of success in leadership roles.
  • Consulting experience, with expertise in Workforce Management Software and business processes.
  • Strong background in Workforce Management Software and business processes, with a focus on delivering high-quality solutions.
  • Proven ability to lead teams from design to delivery of implementation projects, with a strong emphasis on collaboration and communication.
  • Proven decision-making skills, effective collaboration, and communication across various levels of management, with a focus on driving business outcomes.
  • Retail industry experience preferred, but not required.
