Customer Enablement Manager – Brazil

At Reesmarx, we're revolutionizing mobile defense with our award-winning, patented platform that leverages AI-ML to automate security complexities. Our platform provides a single pane of glass for creating Certified SecureTM mobile apps, eliminating multiple point products and SDKs. With 340+ mobile app defense features and growing, we offer the most comprehensive and extensible mobile defense solution on the market.

We're seeking an experienced Customer Enablement Manager for the Latin America region, requiring some travel within the region.

Key Responsibilities

You will drive the implementation of our solution for new customers, ensuring success through:

  • Providing training workshops and webinars to empower customers.
  • Managing technical project implementation to track customer progress.
  • Driving the implementation of new products and features.
  • Ensuring adoption of all licensed products.
  • Identifying and resolving risks related to customer accounts and implementation processes.
  • Developing and updating customer kickoff and onboarding materials.
  • Identifying upsell opportunities.
  • Removing barriers to adoption, including logging product enhancement and new feature requests.
  • Acting as a subject matter expert for CI/CD integrations, MobileBot Defense implementation, SDKProtect, and future products.

Required Qualifications

You will need:

  • Fluency in English, Spanish, and Portuguese.
  • External customer-facing project management experience.
  • Experience with training and curriculum development.
  • Previous Technical Account Management, Support, or Customer Success experience in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with Mobile Apps (development, provisioning, troubleshooting, etc.).

Comfortable presenting to and engaging C-Level and other Upper Management roles.
