This role is part of a broader strategy to enhance employee onboarding and quality assurance. We are looking for an experienced professional to take charge of training, quality monitoring, and process improvement.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in training and development, quality assurance, and process management. They will be responsible for designing and delivering training programs, evaluating quality performance, and identifying areas for improvement.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement training programs for new hires;
- Evaluate quality performance through regular assessments;
- Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement;
- Design and maintain process maps and flowcharts;
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes;
- Advanced English communication skills (written and verbal);
- Proficiency in Google Suite or Outlook;
- Proven experience in training and development;
- Background in quality assurance monitoring and evaluation;
