As a key player in our American Airlines team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences. Your primary responsibility will be to handle incoming calls from prospective customers and assist them in finding suitable travel solutions that meet their needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Cross-training on domestic and international sales calls, including AAdvantage products to provide support to business partners such as travel agencies
  • Maintaining high levels of professionalism, friendliness, and composure when dealing with customers, interpreting, and resolving customer needs
  • Responding to caller inquiries in non-airline related ventures as call volumes dictate

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts assigned by seniority according to operational needs
  • Fluency in reading, writing, speaking, and understanding English and Portuguese languages
  • Satisfactory attendance required
  • Public communication skills required
  • Operation of computer terminal and standard keyboard required
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Minimum 25-49 wpm typing requirement
