About the Project
Our client is a Business Intelligence platform enabling customers to connect multiple data sources into a unified environment, build interactive dashboards, apply formulas, and customize via plugins, scripts, and embedding. The product supports both SaaS and on-prem deployments.
About Role:As a Technical Solutions Engineer, you will work with leading enterprise organizations and startups to realize the power of data analytics.
- Supporting software platforms/products in customer-facing environments
- Working with databases such as MongoDB, Redshift, MySQL, Oracle, and Snowflake
- Reading and writing SQL queries
- Data modeling, ETL/data integration knowledge
- Mongo Shell Scripting experience
- JDBC framework expertise
- Linux operating systems (Debian and RHEL-based)
- Docker and Kubernetes experience
- Containerization concept understanding
- REST APIs familiarity
- Python or scripting languages like JavaScript knowledge
You will handle customer questions and issues by combining business acumen with technical assessment skills, perform troubleshooting through UI and terminal, work closely with Senior team members, and partner with Customer Success Managers.
