Growth Marketing Manager Job Description

This exciting role offers a unique opportunity to make a meaningful impact. As a Growth Marketing Manager, you will collaborate closely with our leadership team to develop and execute data-driven marketing strategies across various channels.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Create and manage marketing campaigns across digital channels like paid advertising, email marketing, content marketing, social media, SEO, and landing pages.
  • Design initiatives to attract qualified potential customers.
  • Optimize the customer acquisition funnel to increase conversion rates and drive new user sign-ups.
  • Implement strategies to retain existing customers and encourage upgrades to higher subscription tiers.
  • Monitor campaign performance using analytics tools and make data-driven adjustments.
  • Continuously test different marketing approaches to identify effective tactics for maximizing ROI.

Qualifications:

  • At least 3 years of hands-on experience as a SaaS growth marketing professional.
  • Deep understanding of SaaS business models and customer lifecycle.
  • Experience with the AARRR Funnel / Pirate Metrics.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing channels and tactics.
  • Data analysis and interpretation skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience with marketing automation tools.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to think creatively and experiment with new marketing strategies.
