Senior Manager Position
Job Description:
We are seeking a seasoned professional to serve as the primary Compliance Officer for our Latin America business.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in implementing and overseeing compliance programs, ensuring adherence to all applicable laws and regulations.
This role requires strong leadership skills, ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, and excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain compliance policies and procedures
- Conduct due diligence and risk assessments
- Lead ethics investigations and provide recommendations
- Stay up-to-date on regulatory developments and ensure compliance with all obligations
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Law required
- Prior experience at a multinational company or law firm
- Specialization or Master's Degree in Compliance, Corporate Governance, or related corporate areas desirable
- Compliance certification (CCEP, CPC-A) considered a plus
- Advanced English Skills
- Advanced Spanish Skills
- Experience and knowledge of handling compliance programs at a corporate environment with desirable knowledge of the Latin America region
- Sound judgment in selecting the best approach to resolve complex issues
- Strong team orientation with excellent skills to foster collaboration across diverse teams
- Ability to engage with all levels of management to achieve objectives
