Descrição do Cargo: O(a) Recepcionista Hotel é responsável por atender aos clientes e acompanhar as solicitações durante a estadia dos hóspedes. Isso inclui fornecer informações, indicações e suporte durante o check-in, check-out e qualquer outra solicitação durante a estadia.

Responsabilidades:

  1. Acompanhar as solicitações dos clientes e fornecer suporte adequado;
  2. Controlar caixa e manter registros de contas de grupos;
  3. Inserir e alterar reservas no sistema de gestão de hotel;
  4. Trabalhar em equipe para garantir atendimento de alta qualidade aos clientes.

Requisitos:

  • Experiência na recepção de hotel;
  • Agilidade e capacidade de trabalhar em equipe;
  • Organização e postura profissional;
  • Boa comunicação e habilidades de atendimento ao cliente;
  • Conhecimento de Sistema CMNET.
