- Act as a Raffles London Ambassador, taking pride in serving our guests and introducing the hotel's vast offerings.
- Play a key role in looking after every aspect of our guests' experience, respecting their privacy and ensuring they feel at home.
- Arrange for daily services to be coordinated around guests' itineraries and ensure their every wish is actioned.
- Build a strong, emotional, and genuine rapport with guests, adhering to their style of service.

Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a luxury hotel setting.
