- Collaboration with peers drives process enhancements and efficiencies, leading to better service delivery.
- Service Desk issues are logged and documented using the service management solution.
- IT asset inventory maintenance involves tracking and updating records regularly.
- Processes for asset and hardware inventory management must be followed diligently.
- Hardware vendors are managed effectively through relationship building, coordinating deliveries, and communicating updates.
- Zoom Room technologies are configured and supported, and system issues are troubleshooted.
- AV support is provided for company events and presentations.
- Local stakeholders engage to gather requirements, driving successful operations outcomes.
- At least 5 years of experience in technical support.
- Familiarity with macOS, ChromeOS, Windows OS platforms.
- Knowledge of Google suite applications.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with IT asset management tools and processes.
- Scripting languages like Python, Bash, or similar are beneficial.
- Complex technical issues can be documented consistently.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Project management and prioritization skills are valuable.
- Okta and/or SaaS-based identity management solutions are advantageous.
- Mosyle, Intune, or MDM solutions are familiar territory.
