You will oversee all data used for the credit underwriting model; support tests and implementation of new data sources; align stakeholders to ensure modeling efficiency; monitor market movements and translate changes required to the modeling team; plan and implement new credit products and improvements in current products; identify opportunities, conduct analysis, and implement solutions; own and deliver strategic initiatives to drive growth and cost reduction; lead workstreams in high-impact projects, with concrete deliverables; interact with teams from different areas and countries.

You need to have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, or related fields;
  • Advanced English skills (speaking, reading, and writing);
  • Experience in fintech;
  • Understanding of the Brazilian market of data sources for credit underwriting;
  • Data-driven profile capable of dealing with complex models and analysis;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders;
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Skills include SQL and Python knowledge.
