The Client Onboarding Analyst plays a crucial role in providing operational support to clients. This involves working closely with clients, partners, and relationship managers to assist with account opening and maintenance, resolve issues related to account access and information, and ensure client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with the account opening process, ensuring accurate and complete documentation.
- Analyze corporate documents from offshore entities, identifying key details for client onboarding.
- Approve relationships in accordance with current regulations and internal procedures, maintaining compliance standards.
- Respond to client inquiries and requests related to account access and information, delivering exceptional customer service.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to account access and information, resolving client concerns efficiently.
- Monitor and report on customer service metrics and trends, driving continuous improvement in the client experience.
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, enabling effective client interaction.
- Proven customer service experience, with a track record of delivering excellent results.
- Technical background in software or hardware support, advantageous but not essential.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating adaptability and collaboration.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, applied to complex client situations.
- Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, business administration, or a related field, preferred but not required.
- FINRA licenses or certifications, desirable but not essential.
- Fluency in English and Portuguese, essential for effective client communication.
- Mid-senior level professional, with relevant experience and skills.
