We are seeking a Payments Expert to oversee payment operations in Latin America.
- Sporty Group is a leading online gaming brand, partnering with top athletes and delivering exclusive sports content. Our platform is expanding, and we require an experienced professional to manage payments effectively.
- Oversight of end-to-end payment processes, including deposits, withdrawals, refunds, reconciliations, and customer queries.
- Management of local payment providers and banks to ensure optimal service and resolve complex transaction issues.
- Real-time monitoring of transactions to detect and respond to suspicious or fraudulent activity.
- Analysis of customer payment behavior and trends to recommend new payment methods or improvements.
- Leadership of operational enhancements through new workflows, SOPs, and process automation to support scalable growth.
- Compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Risk Management, or related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in payment or financial operations within fintech, e-commerce, or related sectors.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Portuguese and/or Spanish is a strong advantage.
- In-depth understanding of payment systems and funds flows.
- Experience working with payment gateways and PSPs; transaction monitoring experience is a plus.
