We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our team and drive customer success.
- The ideal candidate will have experience in identifying and crafting new business opportunities, progressing deals through the sales cycle, and positioning themselves as a trusted advisor to customers.
- They will engage with internal stakeholders and customers using a consultative approach, promoting Salesforce Services and their own value proposition.
- The role requires tenacious and professional individuals who can drive pipeline growth primarily through remote channels.
- Successful candidates will build compelling visions and clearly communicate entry-point services solutions to generate significant success and business value for customers.
- 3+ years of consultative sales experience, including 2+ years of inside/field sales experience.
- A proven track record of developing and maintaining senior-level relationships, where they are recognized as trusted advisors.
- A solid understanding of business processes and the ability to link them with product/technical solutions.
- Experience with Salesforce applications and value proposition.
- Software or IT consulting sales experience.
- A deep understanding of Salesforce products and platform features.
