Business Development Account Manager

JATO Dynamics is a leading provider of automotive market intelligence, delivering comprehensive and accurate databases of vehicle prices and specifications, as well as industry news and insights.
We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Account Manager to join our team in Brazil. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and establishing strong partnerships with high-growth customers.
Key Responsibilities- Manage existing accounts and identify new growth opportunities to drive revenue and expand our customer base.
- Develop and execute individual account management strategies to achieve and surpass customer growth and retention targets.
- Acquire new customers in line with expectations for vertical sales and develop expertise in JATO's solutions specific to a vertical.
- Cultivate customer relationships and identify growth opportunities through proactive engagement and support of marketing campaigns.
- Utilize our CRM system to manage sales pipelines for existing customers and new business development, including lead generation, forecasting, and prospect development.
- Demonstrated success in consultative sales for new and existing business, particularly in Data, Software, or SaaS environments.
- Proven ability in both new business development and effective account management.
- Clear understanding of the difference between value-add solutions and commodity sales, emphasizing the importance of a strong value proposition.
- Dedication to providing top-level customer service and maintaining strong client relationships.
- Proficient in handling intricate concepts and possessing strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
- Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics CRM (or similar platforms like Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite.
