Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Data Analyst to own and drive partner data hygiene efforts, including regular audits, cleanup activities, and data integrity checks. This role requires building and maintaining Tableau dashboards to support visibility into partner program performance and key metrics.

The ideal candidate will have experience with Salesforce and spreadsheet tools such as Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets. They must also be able to write SQL queries to extract and manipulate data. A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is required, while a Master's degree is preferred.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own and drive partner data hygiene efforts, including regular audits, cleanup activities, and data integrity checks
  • Build and maintain Tableau dashboards to support visibility into partner program performance and key metrics
  • Support the ongoing development and operationalization of the Partner Program by providing data insights and process improvements
  • Define and document standards for partner data management and ensure alignment across teams
  • Create, run, and maintain reports to support key initiatives, identifying trends and resolving data quality issues

This role requires excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a focus on delivering actionable insights and supporting business initiatives. The successful candidate will be self-motivated, proactive, and capable of identifying and resolving operational gaps.

What You Bring
  • 5+ years of experience in partner operations, customer support, or a related operational function
  • Experience with Salesforce and particularly with navigating and managing CRM data
  • Experience with spreadsheet tools such as Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets (pivot tables, advanced formulas, data visualization)
  • Experience with SQL with the ability to write queries to extract and manipulate data
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
