Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Professional to join our team at Global Talent. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing and controlling the entire sales cycle for new business from prospecting to securing a deal.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and control the entire sales cycle for new business from prospecting to securing a deal.
  • Communicate and collaborate with BDRs, Sales Directors, Sales Engineers, and other teams to define the best strategy for outbound prospecting.
  • Build solution value through effective discovery, product demonstrations, and managing relationships with prospective clients.
  • Negotiate pricing, demonstrate ROI, and manage proposals and contracts.
  • Achieve monthly quotas of closing deals as well as the effort to achieve it through meetings, calls, and referrals targets per month.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree completed.
  • 2-4 years of new business sales experience is required, with a minimum of 2 years spent in a closing role.
  • B2B SaaS experience is a plus.
  • Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quotas and extracting referrals.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Curious, persistent, and results-oriented.
  • Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
  • Fluency in French and English.
