Job Opportunity: Executive Accountant

We are looking for an experienced and skilled individual to join our team as an Executive Accountant. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing customer relationships, identifying business opportunities, and negotiating sales deals.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies to optimize account performance;
  • Cultivate strong relationships with existing clients;
  • Identify opportunities for growth and expansion of our business;
  • Understand customer needs and preferences;
  • Serve as a central point of contact between the organization and customers;
  • Negotiate and close sales deals;
  • Manage accounts (schedule regular contacts, record information, and identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to optimize);
  • Proactively address customer complaints and concerns;
  • Analyze data: analyze performance and trends to identify opportunities and risks;
  • Work towards resolving issues effectively and maintaining customer satisfaction;
  • Collaborate internally: work closely with other internal teams such as sales, marketing, support, and product development;
  • Train other accountants on products and Hero program.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
  • Proactivity and inquietude;
  • Able to handle goals and deadlines;
  • Paying attention to details;
  • Availability to work on-site two days a week;
  • Knowledge of SPIN Selling method.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience in startups;
  • Knowledge of Hubspot or other CRM systems.
