The RoleWe're seeking a skilled IT Support Associate II to join our team. As an IT Support Associate II, you'll be responsible for resolving technical issues within our Amazon Operations facilities, spanning multiple technical disciplines. Your skills will be essential in supporting our operations team and ensuring our IT infrastructure is running efficiently.
Key Responsibilities- Allocate, maintain, and troubleshoot IT equipment used in Amazon Operations facilities.
- Handle support requests and procedures across the network.
- Assist in training new hires.
- Continuously learn new technologies.
- Support customers from multiple buildings in the area, as well as remote customers.
Our team, OpsTech Solutions (OTS), provides IT support and technology deployment for Amazon's Operations Technology Infrastructure. We ensure network and client devices function for WW Operations, including fulfillment centers, Amazon Fresh, Prime Now, Lockers, Pantry, and Amazon Campus.

Basic Qualifications- High school or equivalent diploma.
- Corporate setting Windows, Mac or Linux Operating systems support experience.
- Experience troubleshooting integrated and interdependent computer systems.
- Experience maintaining zebra thermal printers, troubleshooting thin clients, PCs, scanners, and portable handheld terminals.
- Availability to work at our Cajamar, Fulfillment Center, 5 times a week during the night shift from 18:00 to 5:00.
- Fluent in Portuguese and basic English.
- CompTIA A+, CompTIA Network+, Cisco/CCNA, Linux (Redhat), Microsoft hardware (installation), AWS, or other industry relevant certifications.
- Experience in a dynamic environment with a high degree of customer service.
- Advanced English.
