Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and executing sales strategies to expand our customer base.
  • Building strong relationships with decision-makers and influencers.
  • Qualifying and understanding business-critical issues to articulate the value of goFLUENT's solutions.
  • Developing compelling business cases to demonstrate ROI.
  • Collaborating with our Business Development, Marketing, and Customer Success Teams to close high-potential deals.

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Minimum 3 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in HR services, recruitment, financial, or professional services.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build strong relationships at all levels of prospect organizations.
  • Proactive, personable, and adaptable.
  • Native level of Portuguese and advanced level of English.
