Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Interim RN Educator to support our clinical education teams across multiple specialties. This is an excellent opportunity for seasoned nursing professionals to make a meaningful impact in a healthcare organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver educational programs for nursing staff in assigned specialty areas.
- Assess staff competencies and identify learning needs.
- Collaborate with clinical leadership to implement evidence-based practices.
- Mentor and support nursing staff to enhance clinical performance.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards in educational initiatives.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Active California RN license (required).
- BSN (required); MSN or specialty certification (preferred).
- Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience in one of the following specialties: Critical Care, Medical-Surgical, Labor & Delivery, Wound Care (Certified Wound Care Nurse – Advanced Practice).
- Previous experience as a nurse educator (required).
- Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
