Job Overview

We are seeking a strategic workforce planning professional to lead key initiatives within the power segment.

  • Program Management: The ideal candidate will design and execute cohesive programs across various areas of impact.
  • Business Acumen: A deep understanding of all businesses across the power segment is essential to drive business value through key workforce planning initiatives.

This person will contribute as a member of the extended HR staff for the power segment, as well as a key member of the Workforce Planning & Analytics team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Capacity Hiring: Develop hiring forecasts, communicate, track and report capacity hiring across key focus areas in close partnership with Talent Acquisition and respective segments.
  • Talent Sharing & Redeployment: Facilitate talent sharing and redeployment across the power segment in close collaboration with Talent Management and Talent Acquisition COE.
  • Workforce Planning for Sustainable Growth: Contribute to Medium and long terms workforce planning efforts directly linked to Gas Power objectives.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's Degree (accredited), or in lieu of degree, High School Diploma or GED (accredited)
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in Human Resources, Workforce Planning and related program management or other related field

The role requires strong analytical and strategic thinking, ability to make independent decisions and manage conflicting priorities. Excellent communication, presentation and reporting skills are also essential.
