A pivotal role exists for a results-driven professional to establish and maintain lasting business partnerships with clients.

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring robust relationships and successful outcomes.
  • Possess a comprehensive understanding of customer needs and objectives, providing strategic guidance to drive growth and expansion.
  • Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling, overseeing campaigns and analyzing performance metrics.
Responsibilities:
  • Campaign Strategy: Develop and lead targeted mobile marketing initiatives using advanced programmatic tools.
  • Business Development: Troubleshoot customer issues, collaborate closely with product and sales teams, and contribute to key projects.
  • Customer Engagement: Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, owning communication and liaising with internal teams to ensure positive outcomes.
Requirements:
  • Academic Background: Graduated in Business Administration or Marketing (or comparable proven academic credentials).
  • Commercial Acumen & customer-centric profile.
  • +2 years experience in sales and/or digital marketing.
  • Fluency in English and Russian (both written and spoken).
  • Ambitious self-starter who thrives on continuous learning and challenges.
