You will collaborate with a passionate team of Directors, each one developing their own brand. You will have the support of various departments that will help you take your new market to success.On a daily basis, you will:
  1. Develop and Execute a Strategy: Create a plan to launch and grow a new source market for our brands.
  2. Conduct Research: Gather insights on the target audience, market trends, and competition.
  3. Collaborate with Departments: Align efforts with brand directors and departments (Marketing, Customer Success, IT).
  4. Coordinate Marketing Campaigns: Drive engagement with our Marketing Team through tailored campaigns.
  5. Set and Track KPIs: Measure success and adjust strategies accordingly.
  6. Manage Budget Effectively: Ensure cost-effectiveness and ROI for market entry.
  7. Represent Our Brand: Build brand awareness and reputation in the new market.
As an ideal candidate, you will possess several years of experience in the travel industry, advanced knowledge of marketing campaigns and CRM systems like HubSpot, and a proven track record of success in similar roles.We offer:
