Job Title: Operations Manager

Join us as an Operations Manager to take on a challenging role where you will be responsible for overseeing the execution of projects and ensuring their timely completion.

Job Description:

The Operations Manager will be responsible for coordinating day-to-day project delivery processes, managing risks and issues, and taking corrective actions. They will also be responsible for preparing technically accurate reports related to the project and managing stakeholders' communication.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate day-to-day project delivery processes.
  • Manage risks and issues and take corrective actions.
  • Prepare technically accurate reports related to the project.
  • Manage stakeholders' communication.
Requirements:

The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 1-3 years of project management-related experience in a lead role. They should also have a Bachelor of Science degree and at least one year of experience in the maritime and/or offshore industry.

Preferred Qualifications:

A Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) or a general certification in Project Management is preferred.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
  • Ability to effectively speak and write English fluently.
  • Experience and knowledge of project management methodologies and techniques.
  • Ability to work positively with a wide range of individuals involved in the project.
  • Ability to identify, analyze, and solve complex and unique project-related problems.
Working Conditions:

The Operations Manager will work primarily in an office environment with occasional travel to project sites.
