Job Description

The Project Manager I, Operations role is responsible for overseeing the execution of projects and ensuring their timely completion. This involves coordinating project teams, developing schedules, and monitoring the project process to ensure quality and efficiency.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Acting as the primary point of contact for clients on assigned projects
  • Developing schedules and timelines that support business objectives, established budgets, resources, and project deliverables
  • Coordinating day-to-day execution of the overall project delivery process
  • Ensuring projects are executed within approved budget and schedule and in accordance with company Quality requirements
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 1-3 years of project management-related experience in a lead role
  • A Bachelor of Science degree and at least one year of experience in the maritime and/or offshore industry
  • Possession of a Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) or a general certification in Project Management
Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience and knowledge of project management methodologies and techniques
  • Ability to work positively with a wide range of individuals involved in the project
Working Conditions

This role requires working primarily in an office environment with occasional travel to project sites.
