We offer an estimated annual salary of $60,000 - $80,000 based on your skills and experience.

Job Description

As a Customer Service Ambassador, you will be the first point of contact for all customer inquiries. You will handle large volumes of incoming calls, manage tickets and chats, identify customer needs, and build lasting relationships through open communication. You will also provide accurate information, achieve sales goals, and handle customer complaints in a timely manner.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Excellent Communication Skills: You must have strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with customers and agents.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: You should be able to troubleshoot issues and identify when more information is needed to resolve customer queries.
  • Language Requirements: You must be bilingual in two languages (Spanish, German, French, Portuguese, Italian, Bengali, Arabic, Dutch, Swedish) plus English intermediate level.
