About the Role:
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior HRBP Manager to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for providing strategic guidance and support to business stakeholders across all levels.
Your primary focus will be on driving organizational design, workforce planning, and talent capability building. You will partner with leaders to evolve organizational design that improves collaboration, efficiency, and talent capability building.
You will also be responsible for developing and executing People Cycle agenda in full excellence, ensuring alignment to global and regional priorities and nuances at each step.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to work collaboratively with stakeholders and HR counterparts to drive business results and create a positive impact on our organization.
- Drive organizational design and change management initiatives to improve collaboration, efficiency, and talent capability building.
- Develop and execute People Cycle agenda in full excellence, ensuring alignment to global and regional priorities and nuances at each step.
- Partner with leaders to analyze and make complex decisions on org, talent, engagement that align with business objectives.
- Design and implement creative and customized initiatives to address opportunities identified in talent pipeline.
- Manage engagement tools and initiatives to ensure team dynamics and support leaders to address opportunities.
We require an individual with 8+ years of HR experience in medium-large scale businesses, preferably with a mixture of HRBP and COE background. Experience in supporting multiple functions, especially Commercial/Sales function, is ideal. Ability to provide HR consultation/influence to managers and employees on staffing, compensation, employee relations, policies, and performance management is essential.
We value creative thinkers and problem solvers who can manage multiple projects and connect these initiatives to higher strategy and context. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, along with advanced English proficiency, are required.
