Job Opportunity: Professional Services Architect

As businesses navigate increasingly complex security landscapes, skilled professionals are essential in guiding them through every step. With extensive experience, our team helps organizations with their security design, deployment, operation, and optimization needs.

This key role is a member of the professional services organization, serving as a customer-facing technical point of contact who guides and oversees technical aspects during solution, transition, and delivery phases.

The successful candidate will work primarily from home but must be available to go on-site with clients when needed. Flexible working hours are available Monday–Friday, with occasional after-hours to accommodate customers' maintenance windows and go-lives.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Solid technical expertise in system architecture and design.
  • Ability to study and solve complex technical challenges.
  • Familiarity with cybersecurity hardware, systems, and infrastructure.
  • Detail-oriented with a structured approach to problem-solving.
  • Experience in developing SOWs, LLD HLDs.
  • Scripting is a plus.
  • Experience with relevant technologies is a plus.
  • Bachelor's/University degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Proven experience as a Professional Services Architect, Consultant, or Pre-Sales Engineer.
  • In-depth knowledge of enterprise architecture principles and transitional methodologies.
  • Relevant industry experience in NGFW and at least 4 of the following technologies: Email Security, Advanced Threat Protection, Endpoint Security, Application Security, Web Application Firewall, Network Security Management, SIEM, Network Virtualization, Software Defined Networks (SDN), and/or other cloud-based technologies.
  • Proficiency in verbal and written communication in multiple languages.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to understand business requirements and technical constraints during solution, transitional, and delivery phases.
  • Provide remote and onsite technical consulting expertise in the development of solution, transition, and delivery strategies, ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture principles.
  • Test existing systems and processes, identifying technical requirements and potential challenges during both transition and delivery.
  • Support the design and architect solutions, considering scalability, security, and efficiency.
  • Work closely with project teams to ensure the implementation of solutions aligns with the overall strategy.
  • Conduct reviews and assessments to ensure compliance with architecture principles and best practices.
  • Provide guidance and support to development teams during the implementation of solutions.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies.
