Job Description

As a Global Logistics Analyst, you will oversee the global freight program, ensuring alignment with company-wide contracts and maximizing contracted supplier utilization. You will promote the global adoption of preferred shipping programs, act as the primary contact for freight-related inquiries, and build strong relationships with freight carriers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze global shipping spend data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and cost-saving opportunities.
  • Develop and implement strategies to optimize shipping costs and maximize use of contracted rates.
  • Monitor carrier performance and negotiate rates and SLAs to ensure efficiency.
  • Track and report on KPIs related to shipping costs, service levels, and program effectiveness.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To excel in this role, you must possess a solid understanding of international shipping regulations, customs procedures, and trade compliance. You should have 3-5 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or transportation, with a focus on package freight. A bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field is required.
