**About the Role**

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Publisher Relationship Manager to join our team at Admitad. As a key member of our sales department, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with our publishers.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Identify and acquire new potential affiliates to our platform
  • Conduct negotiation processes with publishers to ensure mutually beneficial partnerships
  • Collaborate with other departments, including advertisers, finance, and technical teams
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve our processes
  • Be proactive, autonomous, and determined in your tasks

**Requirements**

  • At least 2 years of sales experience in digital marketing
  • Experience working in affiliate networks or agencies is a plus
  • Excellent communication skills (written and oral)
  • Understanding of CPA/CPS models
  • Negotiation and presentation skills
  • Proficiency in English (oral and written)
