Senior Policy Advisor

This role involves working with a team to manage government affairs and relations, policy expertise, risk management, stakeholder engagement, coalition-building, and philanthropy.
The ideal candidate will have extensive professional experience in government, politics, and technology policy or related civil society experience, as well as outstanding judgment, persuasive skills, creativity, and the ability to work in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities- Represent to elected officials, government agencies, and other stakeholders;
- Build and grow relationships with strategic policymakers and internal teams;
- Advocate for positions that benefit and protect the user community;
- Identify, monitor, and analyze relevant policy trends, legislative proposals, and issues of importance;
- Extensive experience in government, politics, and technology policy or related civil society experience;
- Outstanding judgment, persuasive skills, creativity, and the ability to work in a dynamic environment;
- Deep understanding of laws and regulations under which users are subject to;
- Excellent language fluency, spoken and written;
- Extensive government relations experience in major corporations or international organizations;
- Discipline and self-drive: the successful candidate will need to work remotely from their supervisor;
- Proven track record managing projects;
- Experience in a tech company, especially a user-driven content platform is a plus;
