Job Description:

The primary role of this position is to provide technical support and assistance to users via various channels. This includes troubleshooting and resolving issues related to our software products, documenting knowledge, and escalating unresolved cases to internal teams.

As a key member of the product support team, you will be responsible for interacting with users, identifying problems, and providing solutions. You will also work closely with development, professional services, and sales departments to ensure seamless communication and problem resolution.

  • Provide technical assistance to users via phone, email, and web portal.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to our software products.
  • Document knowledge and share it with the team.
  • Escalate unresolved cases to internal teams as needed.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

This position requires a strong understanding of our software products, as well as excellent communication and problem-solving skills. You must be able to work independently and as part of a team, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively.

Key qualifications include:

  • 2+ years of experience in technical support.
  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Engineering, or related field.
  • Experience with project management and administration.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
