About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Sales Enablement Specialist to join our rapidly growing team. As a subject matter expert, you will build and deliver programs that enable sales teams to articulate value propositions, navigate clinical questions, and differentiate our offerings.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage product and technical enablement programs from scratch.
  • Act as the primary liaison between sales teams and cross-functional teams.
  • Design engaging learning experiences for sellers.
  • Enhance sellers' product knowledge and technical selling skills.
Requirements
  • Agile thinking and ability to adapt to changes in business strategy.
  • Program management experience, including logistics, content creation, and stakeholder management.
  • Experience working with Product, Engineering, and Marketing teams.
  • Skilled communication and facilitation skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in high-growth environments.
  • Industry experience in dental, medical devices, or similar fields.
  • Selling experience.
  • Experience with sales content management systems.
