
Senior Business Development Manager

The ideal candidate will have a proven ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions and drive business growth through strategic partnerships.
Key responsibilities include engaging with customers to showcase technical capabilities, addressing concerns, and managing bids. Additionally, the role requires supporting Relationship Managers to bring opportunities and understand customers' pains and needs, generating new business.
The successful candidate will be a bridge between Customer, Solution Team, and Delivery Team, supporting Sales team to build pipelines according to TCS capability/strategy and market trends.
Required skills and experience include English Advanced / Fluent, Bachelor's degree in IT, engineering, or related fields, business analytical skills, experience in pricing, IT projects, and office tools (Excel and PowerPoint). Knowledge of Cloud Computing, ADM Infrastructure, Data and Analytics, GenAI, and Cyber Security is also necessary.
