Detailed Responsibilities- Manage projects from initiation to completion, adhering to Good Clinical Practice (GCP) standards and relevant SOPs.
- Liaise with clients and stakeholders to ensure timely study launch, conduct, and closeout.
- Lead cross-functional teams to achieve quality, timeline, and budget objectives.
- Account for the financial performance of each project.
- Coordinate activities and deliverables of study conduct partners, proactively identifying and resolving issues.
- Ensure studies are conducted in compliance with GCP, SOPs, and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain high-quality documentation and reporting, including trial master files and study information on various databases.
- Develop contingency planning and risk mitigation strategies to guarantee successful delivery of study goals.
- Build strong relationships with clients to foster new business opportunities.
- Bachelor's Degree in a life science or equivalent field.
- Strong knowledge of GCP/ICH guidelines and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and presentation skills.
- Able to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Familiarity with new technologies and therapeutic areas is an asset.
