Accounts Receivable Manager Role

This position involves leading a team responsible for managing accounts receivable in the Latam region. Key tasks include reviewing revenue contracts, establishing debt collection systems, and performing tasks related to AR.

The successful candidate will have experience in leadership roles and direct AR experience in LATAM. A bachelor's degree in finance or accounting is also required.

We are seeking a professional with sound judgement in complex financial situations, sharp professional sense in identifying financial risks, and strong leadership skills. Familiarity with local financial accounting standards and IFRS is essential.

The ideal candidate will have a well understanding of local commercial markets, processes, and customer habits in various LATAM countries. Proficiency in Spanish, Portuguese, and English is necessary.

  • Manage Accounts Receivable team in Latam region.
  • Review LATAM business revenue contracts.
  • Establish debt collection management system.
  • Propose corresponding system optimization requirements.
  • Perform Collection, Invoicing, Fund allocation and other tasks related to AR.
  • Build/optimize processes, formalize SOP documents, manage team training.
  • Establish AR process for any new business lines and new products.
  • Support headquarters finance team as requested.
