About the Role


We are seeking a skilled Multilingual Customer Service Liaison to join our team. This role will serve as the main point of contact for internal sales teams and external customers, providing exceptional customer service and support.



Responsibilities


The successful candidate will be responsible for:



  • Providing timely and accurate communication with customers and internal stakeholders
  • Resolving customer issues and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
  • Working closely with sales teams to ensure seamless order processing and distribution
  • Processing orders accurately and efficiently, while also maintaining open lines of communication with account managers
  • Identifying opportunities to improve existing processes and implementing changes to enhance customer satisfaction


Requirements


To be successful in this role, you will need:



  • Fluency in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • A high school diploma or equivalent, with an associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
  • At least 5 years of relevant work experience in customer service and/or account management
  • Proficiency in computer software, including SAP, SalesForce, Microsoft Office, Gmail, and Google documents
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with strong multitasking and time management skills
