Job Overview
Sales planners drive business growth through data-driven decision making. As a Sales Planning Lead, you will lead sales planning for multiple channels in Latin America.

Main Responsibilities

* Analyze data to identify opportunities and mitigate risks within distributor-led channels.

* Collaborate with regional teams to build accurate forecast plans leveraging historical data, market trends, and product performance.

* Work closely with Demand Planning and Merchandise Planning to finalize forecasting and production needs by channel and vertical level.

Key Requirements

* 6+ years of experience in sales planning, merchandising, or related fields. Experience in monobrand channels preferred.

* Proficiency in forecasting tools and Google Sheets

* Fluency in English, Spanish, and Portuguese is required.
