**Key Responsibilities**
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to support our Commercial and Marketing teams in various activities, including:
- Assisting in lead analysis and capture processes, working closely with the Marketing team and our CRM system.
- Providing excellent customer service via phone and WhatsApp, understanding customer needs, and verifying alignment with our ideal customer profile (Sales and Investment Capture Sector).
- Clarifying doubts and scheduling visits and/or meetings.
- Participating in alignment meetings with the Commercial and Investment Capture teams.
- Analyzing and producing reports on lead capture and qualification.
**Additional Responsibilities**
We are looking for a proactive individual to:
- Analyze and propose improvements to the Marketing, Commercial, and Investment Capture teams.
- Follow up on actions according to the strategic planning for each area.
- Support the development of administrative routines as needed by each area.
**Requirements**
To be considered for this role, you should be:
- In the process of completing a degree in Administration, Commercial Management, or Marketing, between the 3rd and 7th semesters.
- Have a strong interest, knowledge, and skills to establish relationships with ease, demonstrating assertive verbal and written communication.
