Job Overview

The Branch Team Lead position plays a pivotal role in overseeing daily branch operations. To excel in this role, candidates must possess exceptional customer service and leadership skills, backed by a proven track record of achieving results in high-pressure environments.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Lead the branch team to deliver operational excellence and outstanding customer experiences
  • Develop strategic initiatives to enhance sales, safety, and operational performance metrics
  • Provide coaching and constructive feedback to team members to improve their skills and job performance
  • Foster strong partnerships with internal teams, including Sales, Branch Network, Customer Service Centers, and Onsite Services groups
Essential Qualifications:
  • A minimum of a high school diploma or Bachelor's degree
  • At least 3 years of experience in customer-facing roles and sales
  • 2+ years of management experience within a customer service environment
  • Proficiency in computer software applications, including SAP
