
Brazil Sales Manager Opportunity

As a strategic Business Development Leader, you will be responsible for driving sales and marketing efforts in Brazil. Your key objectives will include analyzing market trends, developing business strategies, and managing relationships with end-users in the region.
The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the Brazilian market and its requirements. You should be able to conduct market analysis and develop marketing intelligence to identify opportunities and potential clients.
Some of your key responsibilities will include:
- Developing and implementing sales and marketing objectives, as well as creating annual forecasts for each customer.
- Providing technical support and methodology advisory to help our organization get registered and approved by EPCs and end-users in Brazil.
- Liaising with End User departments to facilitate prequalification and approval of valves manufacturers.
- Organizing meetings between our executives and potential clients, and following up to improve cooperation on technical, quality, operation, and commercial aspects.
- Staying up-to-date on local content guidelines and incentive policies in Brazil.
- Supporting negotiation of bidding with local customers, coordinating pricing strategies, and contributing marketing intelligence to keep our bidding offers competitive.
- Maintaining sound business relationships through regular customer visits, product presentations, and sales reports.
Some of the key qualifications we are looking for in a candidate include:
- A college degree or minimum 10 years' experience in valve sales or oil and gas industry.
- Professional communication and customer service skills, with strong influence and partnership with end-users in Brazil.
- Experience with Brazil local content law and customs process, and good knowledge of goods imported process.
- Ability to work under pressure while multi-tasking and meeting multiple customer needs.
- Strong business planning and result-based work principles, with responsibility for KPIs and team targets.
- Excellent English and Portuguese language skills, with regular travel required (at least 50%).
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Self-motivated, energetic, and able to work independently with international colleagues.
